From the Start

Well I have finally started my blog! I have been wanting to do this for a while now to share things about our family, life and other topics on my mind!

I am a wife to my husband of 3 1/2 years and first beautiful baby girl, Madelyn (6 months). Justin and I met in 2006 at our church when I was still a senior in High School and he was in college. Our families have known each other for years! (Our grandparents went to church together years ago) Our moms introduced us after church one Sunday when they ran into one another. I am so thankful they did!! We have been together ever since. We got married on June 19, 2010 at our church Evangel Cathedral in front of all our family and friends ! 


We have been so blessed in our life. Over the last few years we have moved back 'home' to the Spartanburg area after Justin graduated Law School , bought a home, started new jobs, and had our first child! We both new we really wanted to come back to the upstate and start our family here. Both our families and friends are here and we couldn't imagine not having them all as a big part of life. :)  

Being a stay at home my was always something I knew I wanted to do when we had children. I am so thankful for all of Justin's hard work and support to make it possible for me to stay home with our sweet little girl. I am able to keep a little girl along with Madelyn and they are already becoming great friends! So i am thankful we were able to make this happen. I don't take it for granted even on the hardest of days. Madelyn is our whole world! She has such a bright, loving and silly personality! Justin and I both look forward to all the milestones ahead for our family!!
